Safety Approvals
	ESP power filters are listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL), an independent, not-for-profit product safety testing and certification organization. UL is the leader in product-safety testing and certification within the United States and Canada.
	The “Conformité Européene” mark is the official marking required by the European Community for all Electric- and Electronic equipment that will be sold, anywhere in the European community. It proves to the buyer -or user- that ESP products fulfill all essential safety and environmental requirements as are defined by the European Economic Area legislation.
	ESP’s Digital QC Convertible Power Filter is MET listed and MET-C certified by MET Laboratories, Inc., a licensed and nationally recognized product safety testing laboratory.

Network Certifications
	Our products are the first and only power filters built to the TIA/EIA-568-B.2 Cat 5e Certified specifications (Commercial Building Telecommunications Cabling Standard). TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association) and the EIA (Electronic Industries Association), are accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) to develop voluntary industry standards for a wide variety of telecommunications products.
	Intertek’s ETL Verified Mark is a symbol of performance integrity of the products that bear the mark. As a third party testing laboratory, Intertek conducts routine performance testing on ESP’s network protection products to insure our filters exceed industry standards.

Terminal Equipment Listings
	The Industry Canada mark identifies certified equipment that meets telecommunications network protective, operational, and safety requirements. Our power filters are certified by Industry Canada, for use in Canada, by the TAPAC Secretariat, Directorate of Telecommunications and Certification, and are listed on Industry Canada’s approved Terminal Equipment List (TEL).
	ESP’s network products are registered with the ACTA (Administrative Council for Terminal Attachment) and are certified and compliant with FCC Regulations 47CFR Part 68, and also TIA/EIA/IS-968.
